কেউ কি কখনো ৫০০০ বছর ধরে বেঁচে থাকতে পারে?  বিজ্ঞান বলছে অসম্ভব, অথচ কানপুরের অন্তর্গত শিবরাজপুরের বহু মানুষ বলছেন সম্ভব|  এখানকার একটি জঙ্গলে বহু মানুষ বহু বার অশ্বত্থামাকে দেখেছেন|  হ্যাঁ ঠিক যে পড়ছেন, অশ্বত্থামা, যার কথা আমরা মহাভারতে পড়েছি | যারা জানেন না অশ্বত্থামা কে, তাদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলি, অশ্বত্থামা মহাভারতের একজন বীর যোদ্ধা ছিলেন|  তা সত্বেও  বিশেষ কারণবশত তিনি দ্রোপদীর ৫ জন শিশুপুত্রকে হত্যা করেছিলেন|  তার এই পাপের শাস্তি হিসাবে ভগবান শ্রীকৃষ্ণ তাকে অভিশাপ দেন যে চির অমর হয়ে এই মর্ত্যলোকের যন্ত্রনা সহ্য করবেন|  সেই থেকে অশ্বত্থামা চির অমর হয়ে এই মর্তলোকে অবস্থান করছেন|  এতো গেলো পৌরাণিক কথা, এবার দেখা যাক এর সাথে বাস্তবের কতটা মিল রয়েছে|  শিবরাজপুরের খেরেশ্বর মন্দির হলো সেখানকার বিখ্যাত একটি শিবমন্দির|  এখানকার আরো বড় একটি পরিচয় হলো যে এটা অশ্বত্থামার জন্মস্থান|  অশ্বত্থামা এই মন্দিরে প্রতি রাতে এসে শিবপূজা করে ভোর হওয়ার আগেই চলে যান|  মন্দিরের তিনদিক ঘন জঙ্গলে আবৃত, আর একদিকে গঙ্গা|  সারাদিন
এই মন্দিরে ভক্ত সমাগম থাকলেও সন্ধ্যের পর এখানে আর কেউ থাকেননা|  সকলেই জানেন যে এই মন্দিরে রাতে অশ্বত্থামা আসেন পূজা করতে, সকালে মন্দিরের দরজা খোলার পর তার প্রমানও পাওয়া যায়|  সকালে উঠে যখন প্রধান পূজারী দরজা খোলেন তিনি রোজই সেখানে পুজোর ফুল চাল বা গঙ্গাজল দেখতে পান|  ঘটনার সত্য মিথ্যা যাচাই করতে একবার একটি জনপ্রিয় নিউজ চ্যানেল থেকে বেশ করেকজন রিপোর্টার এখানে আসেন|  তারা গোটা মন্দিরের চারদিকে ক্যামেরা লাগিয়ে রাখেন ও ৫ জন মিলে সারারাত ক্যামেরা নিয়ে মন্দিরের বাইরে জেগে থাকেন|  রাতের বেলা মন্দিরের পূজারী মন্দিরের দরজা বন্ধ করে চাবি রিপোর্টার এর হাতে দেন|  ওই ৫জন রিপোর্টের সারা রাত জেগে কিছুই দেখতে পাননি|  সকালে পুনরায় পূজারী এসে রিপোর্টারের হাত থেকে চাবি নিয়ে দরজা খোলেন|  সেখানকার অবস্থা দেখে রিপোর্টার তাজ্জব হয়ে যান|  রাতের বেলা মন্দিরের দরজা বন্দ করার আগে তারা যেরকম দেখে গিয়েছিলেন সকালে সেখানকার অবস্থা সম্পূর্ণ আলাদা|  পরিষ্কার বোঝা যাচ্ছে রাত্রে কেউ এসে পুজো করে গিয়েছেন|  সেই রিপোর্টে নিজেও স্বীকার করেছেন এই ঘটনার কোনো ব্যাখ্যা তার কাছে নেই|  তিনি এই গোটা ঘটনার ভিডিও ইন্টারনেটে আপলোডও করেছেন|  তাই ৫০০০ বছর ধরে অশ্বত্থামার জীবিত থাকার কাহিনী হেসে উড়িয়ে দেবার মতো বিষয় যে নয় তা এই ঘটনায় পরিস্কার হয়ে গিয়েছে|  আর কানপুর সহ গোটা ভারতের কোটি কোটি মানুষ আজও মজে রয়েছেন এই প্রাচীন গাথায়|

Is it possible that someone is alive  for 5000 years? According to science it is impossible, but if u ask the people of Kanpur, they will say that it is possible. Kanpur is a city in India. There is a place in Kanpur which is called Shivrajpur. In this place Aswathama was born. If you don't know about Aswathama, don't worry, I am going to tell you that. Aswathama is an Indian mythological character. According to Mahabharata, Aswathama was a great warrior. But for some reason, he murdered 5 children of Drapadi while they were sleeping. Lord Krishna cursed him for his sins.  Aswathama will be immortal. He will tolerate all the pains of earth for his lifetime. We all know these are the myths. Lets see how much it is closer to truth. There is a temple in Shivrajpur called Khereswar Temple. It is a temple of Lord Shiva. People of Shivrajpur believe that in that temple Aswathama worship Lord Shiva at every night. Thats why no one stays in the temple at night. There is a jungle near that temple. Many people saw Aswathama in that jungle for many times. The priest of that temple also told that Aswathama worship Lord Shiva at night and leaves the

temple before dawn. To know the truth a popular news channel of India decided to investigate the truth. The reporters sent by the channel decided to spent a night at the temple premises. The installed some cameras in the temple. The reporters check the whole temple and then the priest closed the door of the temple and handover the keys to a reporter. Then the whole team of that channel waited in the temple premises just outside the door of the Lord Shiva's room holding the key. They stayed awake all night but they saw no one. In the morning the priest came back and took the keys. Then he opened the door. There was clear signs of worship which was not in there at last night. The reporters became speechless. They told that they had no explanations. They recorded the whole video and uploaded it to the internet. With this proof the myth of 5000 years old warrior is till alive in the heart of million peoples in India.
